Base Rails
End Base Rail: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ x 83 3/4″ rail with 2 welded vertical pins, swaged one end – QTY: 4
Center Base Rail: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ x 80″ rail with one welded vertical pin in center – QTY: 2
Base Extensions: 5′ base extensions (optional for length extension), one on each side – QTY: As needed
Frame Components
Side Post: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ tube with a bend at one end – QTY: 10
Peak: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ x 72″ tube with one bend in the center – QTY: 5
Height Extensions: (Optional) 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ tubes with a swage at one end – QTY: As needed
Rafters (Based on Carport Width)
12′ Wide Carport: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ tube swaged both ends – QTY: 10
16′ Wide Carport: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ tube swaged both ends – QTY: 10
20′ Wide Carport: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ tube swaged both ends – QTY: 10
24′ Wide Carport: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ tube swaged both ends – QTY: 10
Trim and Seals
Metal Trim: Length varies based on carport size – QTY: As needed
Butyl Tape: Length varies based on carport size – QTY: As needed
Fasteners and Screws
Frame Screws: #12 hex head, self-drilling screws – QTY: As needed
Roof Metal Screws: #12 x 1″ painted screws with rubber washers – QTY: As needed
Anchors (Depending on Foundation)
Rebar Anchors: #4 x 30″ rebar with welded top plate (for concrete) – QTY: 1 per post
Ground Anchors: 1/2″ x 30″ rod with hex nuts, fender washers, and welded rod (for ground installation) – QTY: As needed
Concrete Wedge Anchors: 1/2″ x 5-1/2″ (not supplied) – QTY: As needed

Truss Braces (If Required)
